1:1 Session

I offer unique 1:1 sessions as a result of having my medical license as a Physical Therapists Assistant and Yoga instructor of 20 years. I have a deep understanding of anatomy and bio-mechanics. I understand orthopedic issues, diagnosis and intervention. I offer a hybrid session that blends PT and Yoga. 

Company Wellness

Choose to be part of a well work place. I will design a Yoga practice with purpose for your company, inclusive of breath, mindfulness and healthy movement practices to undo the effects of prolonged hours of sitting and looking at our tech devices.

Group Exercise

Skillful movement instruction for large or small groups. Attention to anatomy as it relates to healthy movement. Group classes can be designed to accommodate specific training goals. Physical therapy principles can be applied to this class to meet the needs of athletes, post-op patients, neurological disorders to name a few.

Breath & Mindfulness

Breath is the most powerful medicine. Breath is the only guarantee that we are alive in each moment. Breath keeps us anchored in mindfulness and each moment. 

Corrective Exercise

Yoga is a system of healing , unfortunately the essence of this magical medicine has gotten so diluted with the increase in Yoga studios and Yoga teacher trainings. This section is educational , it contains the basics of anatomy and biomechanics as it relates to Yoga asana. Not only will you become a better sought after teacher, you will keep your students safe.

Cancer Recovery

I am a breast cancer survivor ! I have a front row seat of what recovery looks like post double mastectomy. Not only am I a licensed movement professional and Yoga instructor I have personal experience of how to not let the disease define you, but more importantly on how to guide you towards wellness.

Stretch 180

Stretch 180 is by design. It is a therapeutic manual stretch session that targets all muscles groups but most importantly the muscles that are consistently overused as a result of the increasing demands we place on our bodies. I understand how the work force , fitness , sports and life can impact our bodies. Bring me your concerns and we will devise a well plan to make you feel vibrant and alive.
